Junior Lindsey Stevens has traveled to Guatemala multiple times with her church for a purpose near to her heart.

"I went on a mission trip. I went to Guatemala to spread love to the kids and also help them. Lots of kids down there don't have a lot and I just wanted to help as much as I can," Stevens said.

Freshman Joey Lansberg had the opportunity of a lifetime and is looking forward to possibly returning to the same place in the future. "Last year I had the experience of my life. I had my bar mitzvah in St. Thomas synagogue which has sand floors and was built in 1833. This was amazing and was a super fun experience to have my bar mitzvah there and I hope to go back soon," Lansberg said.

Senior Claire Bolyard went on a sweet trip to see someone she missed dearly. "[I went to] Vermont to surprise my sister and take some really cute photos together after a month of not seeing each other," Bolyard said.

Junior Katie Appel combined family and fun on her trip. "...I went to go see Hamilton in Chicago [in April 2017]... while I was there I saw my cousin," Appel said.

Senior Pierce Kaplan spent some time in California and made the most of his trip.

"... I was at the wax museum. It was for my sister's graduation vacation. It was when I was in [Los Angeles]," Kaplan said.

Senior Anna Cummins enjoyed a family fun vacation in the sunshine state. "My family and I were in Floride and decided to go to Cape Canaveral to watch a rocket launch," Cummins said.
