THIS WEEK
The Coker College softball team will be back in action at home on Thursday (Feb. 21) when they take on Claflin in a non-conference doubleheader starting at 1:00 PM. Coker (10-2) is coming off of a pair of wins over Trinity Baptist and Flagler, while freshman Jordyn Goodman was perfect in the circle against Trinity Baptist. Goodman's efforts also earned her the SAC AstroTurf Pitcher of the Week honor. Last time these teams squared off the Cobras swept the Panthers and Christine Carver dazzled with a no-hitter.
On Friday (Feb. 22) the Cobras will hit the road for another non-conference doubleheader, this time against Conference Carolinas foe Belmont Abbey. The Crusaders are 6-4 on the season and prior to the year they were picked to finish 9th by Conference Carolinas coaches, announced by the league
