PUMPKIN RICE KRISPIE TREATS
PEANUT BUTTER BIRD-SEED FEEDERS
MATERIALS- Bowl of bird seed, however many pine cones you desire, peanut butter, and a knife.
STEP ONE- Drizzle peanut butter over the pine cone. You don't need too much, just enough for the bird seed to stick.
STEP TWO- Drop pine cone into the bowl and cover it with bird seed.
STEP THREE- Set pine cones on a plate to dry. Once dry, attach a piece of string, or just place them outside in a spot with lots of birds.
FALLING LEAF GARLAND
MATERIALS- Bundle of dollar store leaves, colored sparkles of choice, glue and a paint brush.
STEP ONE- Cut the leaves off of the sticks.
STEP TWO- Paint on glue, making sure to cover every inch. Then sprinkle on the glitter. It's okay if there is excess glitter, you will shake it off later.
STEP THREE- Shake off the extra glitter.
STEP FOUR- Place leaves on a plate or drying rack overnight and wait for the glue to completely dry.
STEP FIVE- Punch a hole in the top of the leaf (I didn't have a hole punch so I had to use scissors).
STEP 6 - Tie a piece of string or ribbon to the top of the leaf. Make the strings different lengths to give the illusion of falling leaves.
STEP 7 - Tie the other end of the strings to one long piece. Space them out evenly, alternating colors depending on how many you use.
STEP 8 - Display your masterpiece!
FALL TURKEY SIGN
MATERIALS- You will need scissors, fall colored paper, paper plates, brown paint, glue, googly eyes, and glitter paint or pens.
STEP 1- Paint one side of a paper plate brown and let dry overnight.
STEP 2- Cut out various shapes and sizes of paper in teardrop shapes. You can do multiple colors or patterns to make the turkey have different colored wings.
STEP 3- Cut out the shapes of a wattle, a beak, and a head out of red, brown, and orange paper. Gather two googly eyes.
STEP 4- Glue all of the parts of the face onto the head and glue to head onto your dry paper plate.
STEP 5- Fan your wings out behind your paper plate to organize them and then glue them onto the plate.
STEP 6- Write a festive expression above the head of your turkey or leave it blank and hang it on your wall or door to spread fall cheer!
