Stormwater in New Developments

3:10 – 4:10

Stormwater regulations have become an integral part of all development in Pennsylvania. Developers and their counsel are often focused on the challenges of obtaining land development approvals from municipalities as well as sewer and water providers and may lose sight of the stormwater compliance process. This oversight may come home to roost during the closeout of the project when developers seek to terminate their obligations under NPDES permits. This course offers a best practices approach to dealing with the stormwater regulatory process from the perspective of developers’ counsel as well as providing insights from DEP counsel.
