Lawrence North welcomes new teachers New teachers and staff get accustomed to new school environment

Every year, approximately 2300 students at Lawrence North High School strap on their backpacks, sharpen their new not-yet-broken yellow pencils, and head out to start a fresh school year. Whether you are a freshman, sophomore, junior or senior, you know that each start backpacks of a new school year is the same for everyone. You are all in the same boat- learning your classes, making new friendships, and trying your best not to be tardy to every class. While this concept seems minuet, students aren’t the only ones who have to start new.

Joining our wildcat family this year are 7 ambitious faculty members, all of whom are ready and excited to start the new school year. When asked what they were most excited about for their first year at Lawrence North their responses varied and really gave insight to who the are as not only as faculty members, but as people too.
