Day 1: Arrive in Rome, transfer to Resort, welcome aperitivo BBQ and dinner.
Day 2: Breakfast at the resort, visit to the villages of Maremma, Escorted old Fiat 500 tour, lunch with 3 wine tastings (Rocca di Montemassi), Private tour of Castiglion della Pascaia. Dinner at the Resort.
Casali in Val di Chio, Castiglion Fiorentino **** (3 nights, shared 2 or 3 bedroom Villa with breakfast)
Borgo Gaggioleto is located on the east side of Valley di Chio on a hill at 400 meters above sea level. The carefully restored villas are quaintly placed in the ancient village which consists of buildings dating back to 1100. The restoration was done to respect the original architecture and keep the rustic charm of the villas but offers all of the modern day amenities.
The village sits within the hillside and is surrounded by a well designed green area with access to hiking trails in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The pool area is located in a scenic location within an olive grove and offers unforgettable views of the landscape and town of Castiglion Fiorentino. The large common pool area has a large swimming pool which is 14 x 7 meters and a hydro-message bath for up to eight people.
All apartments are equipped with: satellite TV, laundry area, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, hairdryer, telephone, Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.
Day 3: Breakfast at the resort, private guided visit of Etruscan site, light lunch in Grosetto, transfer to Famiglia Buccelletti villas, welcome dinner (with transportation).
Day 4: Relaxing morning with breakfast in your villa, transportation to Castiglion Fiorentino, private 2-hour guided tour, lunch in a local restaurant, transfer back to Buccelletti winery, winery experience and tasting, 1 course dinner delivered to villa.
Day 5: Breakfast in your villa, morning Bioenergetic walk through the vineyards, transportation to Cortona, private guided walking tour of Cortona, lunch in a local restaurant, transportation back to villa with free time to change/relax, transfer to winery kitchen, private cooking class with chef, dinner, and wine.

Day 6: Breakfast at your villa, depart for Florence, check-in to your room, lunch in the hotel. Private guided 3 hour tour of Academia Museum (Michaelangelo's David w/ "skip the line" passes). Walking tour through San Lorenzo market and Plaza del Duomo. Plazza della Signoria and Piazza Santa Croce will be the highlights of the walk. Dinner at the hotel on the Divina Terrazza overlooking historic Florence.
Day 7: Breakfast at the hotel, private guided 3 hour "Artisan Experience" in Florence (visit 3 artisan workshops) with coffee break. Lunch on your own. Afternoon at leisure to shop/explore, farewell dinner at local restaurant.
Day 8: Breakfast at the hotel, check out, and start your journey home (depart from Florence or continue on to Rome or Amalfi Coast for optional 3-night extension).

30% deposit required at booking. Balance is due by September 5, 2018
Cancellation policy: From reservation to 30 days prior to check in - cancellation fee is 30%. From 29 days before check-in to 8 days prior to check-in - cancellation fee is 50%. From 7 days prior to check-in to arrival date - cancellation fee is 100%. No shows are charged 100% cancellation fee.
