Wagner's Double-Double Guides Michigan Past Nebraska, Into B1G Tournament Semis
Junior Moritz Wagner posted a double-double with 20 points and 13 rebounds and senior Muhammad-Ali Abdur-Rahkman scored 21 points to lead the fifth-seeded University of Michigan men's basketball team to a 77-58 win over fourth-seeded Nebraska in the quarterfinals of the Big Ten Tournament.
How Staying 'Connected' Helps Wolverines Dominate on Defense
Defense is the biggest reason why Michigan has advanced to the semifinals of the Big Ten Tournament. It allowed the No. 15 Wolverines to survive with an overtime victory against Iowa on Thursday despite the offense misfiring in their tourney opener, and it was the reason they dominated Nebraska in Friday's 77-58 win.
