Kaori Crosland

was raised in Japan, where food is a significant part of the culture. The Japanese attention to detail helped form Kaori's approach to her work. She's passionate about the art, and craftsmanship of cooking that she implements in her business, Sanji. Kaori enjoys developing recipes for restaurants and corporations, leading cooking classes and producing events for groups and individuals.
