It’s been a long couple of months, but it’s good to see our communities opening up and local economies moving again. It’s definitely not like summers past, but we’re all doing our part to make it work.

In June, we re-opened our lobbies to regular (but limited) traffic and we loved every air hug and air high-five we received. We also appreciated your patience as we worked through new guidelines to keep you and our team members safe.

We’re also embracing new technology to help reduce wait times. You can now schedule an appointment by texting APPT to 309-793-6200 if you need a loan, to open a new account or talk about your financial journey (basically non-routine transactions).

While this summer may feel a little different than normal, we hope you’ll enjoy the perks of our Member Advantage program, including discounts to Six Flags Great America, Six Flags St. Louis, Wisconsin Dells and Adventureland. The journey is far from over — but know that we’ll be with you every step of the way.
