Organizational and Time-Saving Tools for Teachers By: Molly hoener

Planbook

Planbook.com is a website that helps teachers organize their day, and collaborate with others. You can tie the standards to each lesson with a click of a button!

Remind

Remind.com is a way to communicate and message with parents and students. You can message a group of parents, the whole school, or someone individually. One of my favorite features is that it can translate your message into many different languages. Also, you can schedule messages to go out at certain times.

Teachers Pay Teachers

This website has an unlimited amount of resources for teachers. They have organizational ideas, posters, and lessons. I use this website for enrichment activities and supplemental resources for ideas in math, science, and ELA.

Sign Up Genius

This tool is great to get parents to sign-up for class parties, field trips, or fundraisers! It is very user friendly. Our whole school uses it, so we can connect parents and teachers to activities going on in the school. Our most recent sign up was for our PTA chili supper for the book fair. It was a great success thanks to Sign-up Genius!
