Evelyn Bynum is the Career Coach at the Center for Career & Professional Success at Howard University. In this role, Evelyn will guide students through all phases of the job search process from resume development through to job offer acceptance.

With over 20+ years’ experience in corporate America, Evelyn's professional career has spanned working inside Fortune 100 companies, several university MBA school career centers (Northwestern, Carnegie Mellon, George Washington University), the government sector and not-for profit organizations. She has a strong background in human resources management with an emphasis on talent management and leadership development. Since 2010, Evelyn has been CEO of The Maultsby Way, a boutique consulting firm that specializes in career transition coaching and human resources management.

Evelyn graduated with honors from Loyola University when receiving her Master of Science in Human Resources Management. She graduated magna cum laude from Howard University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Finally, Evelyn gives back to the community by serving on the boards of the Washington Area Women Foundation, the Latino Student Fund in Washington DC and her local Jack & Jill chapter.
