Legs and Abs Workout

20min work repeating the circuit AMTAP followed by rest. Then work for 15min, rest, 10min, rest & finally 5mins blast

Begin with a 5 minute warm up - this can be anything you like.

Lunges: X20

Hip Thrusts: X40

Mountain Climbers: X50

Squats: X15

Sit Ups (Crunch): X50

Once finished have a 5 minute rest.

Repeat for 15 minutes, rest, 10 minutes, rest and then 5 minutes.
