Emphasis is the ability for a photographer to explore an object or scene in a different perspective, while also making the viewer focus their attention on the subject being showcased.

This concept is important in photography because it allows the photographer to bring added expression to make the scene truly standout when a viewer is looking at the photo
What are some strategies that photographers use to add emphasis to their photos?
Some ways that a photographer is able to use or compose emphasis in their photos is the idea of colors, framing, leading lines, simplicity, and shallow depth of field. These are all good strategies and concepts that good photographers use to grab the attention of their viewers.
Different types of Emphasis used in photography (Visuals)

Color: - Expressing different colors in a scene to add emphasis into a photo.
Framing: - Is important to emphasize how a photographer can be creative with the foreground and the background by framing and focusing on key objects that attracts the viewers attention
Leading Lines: - Allows the photographer to manipulate the depth of field of an object by giving the viewer a feel for what the overall scene of a photo.
Simplicity: - Is a concept that many photographers use to blur out certain aspects of a photo to focus all the attention on the closest object to the camera.
Shallow Depth of Field: - The distance from the nearest object to the farthest object
