OBJECTIF
Pour gagner le match, mettre en œuvre une organisation offensive capable de faire évoluer le rapport de force en sa faveur par une occupation permanente de l’espace de jeu (écartement et étagement), face à une défense qui se replie collectivement pour défendre sa cible ou récupérer la balle.
L'EPREUVE
- • Matchs à 4 contre 4, sur un terrain réglementaire, opposant des équipes dont le rapport de force est équilibré.
- Les règles essentielles sont celles du basket-ball (elles peuvent être adaptées en milieu scolaire)
3 ATTENDUS DE FIN DE LYCEE (AFL)
- AFL 1: Evaluation de la technique et de la tactique dans les matchs.
- AFL 2: Evaluation de l'investissement et des capacités à s'échauffer, s'entraîner, se préparer pour s'améliorer.
- AFL 3: Evaluation dans différents rôles (arbitre, coach, observateur...)
COMPETENCES ATTENDUES
- Réaliser des actions techniques d’attaque et de défense en relation
- Identifier les forces et faiblesses de son adversaire pour définir, mettre en œuvre et réguler un projet tactique
- Répéter et persévérer pour améliorer l’efficacité de ses actions
- Utiliser différents supports d’observation et d’analyse pour apprécier des prestations et l’état du rapport de force entre deux équipes ou deux adversaires
- Accepter la défaite, gagner avec humilité
- Etre solidaire de ses partenaires
- Assurer différents rôles (partenaire, adversaire, arbitre, coach, observateur)
- Connaître, respecter et faire respecter les règles.
