The Journey Begins
The inaugural K9 Solutions Australia workshop makes an impact.
K9 Solutions Australia have kicked off their mission to raise the standard of working dog training following the inaugural K9 Solutions Australia Workshop conducted by the new kids in the training space.
The workshop, which took place in November at the Ipswich Knights Football Club, Booval, brought together industry members from across a large range of professions and levels of experience.
“Our first workshop was a great opportunity which not only benefited the participants but ourselves as trainers,” comments Jason Kelly, Director and one of three trainers that makes up K9 Solutions Australia. “Off the back of the workshop we have received a lot of interest in providing training services to organisations not only in Queensland, but from within other states and territories as well. To get so much interest from those in the industry as a result of the workshop is a real success."
It seems the rapid acceleration of the company's charter is proving to be somewhat of a surprise with Jason adding, "Naturally we are very excited about the possibilities. The whole idea of bringing our training courses to those searching to improve their knowledge right throughout the country is pleasing and confirmation that experience and excellence are always in demand.”
Ben Geurts, Director and Trainer of K9 Solutions Australia, added: “One of our main aims is to aid participants with the transition between being good at their job and being great at their job....to have complete control over their canine and their career."
K9 Solutions Australia was created for the sole purpose of improving working dog training methods, an area Ben acknowledges may not have moved with the times. "All three of us have been doing this for a while now, all together over 35 years I think, and we simply know there is a better and more successful way of doing things. We are out to shake up the working dog training industry in Australia!"
K9 Solutions Australia specialises in providing canine tactical training services to military and law enforcement organisations. They offer designed and administered training as well as customised courses to suit the specific requirements of any organisation.
