MID-BROOKLYN MASTERPLAN

A private Master Plan for various sites totaling 15 acres in the historic Brooklyn district of Jacksonville, Florida. The exercise included the analysis of available parcels resulting in the purchase of key properties to create a catalyst zone within Brooklyn. The project center is the intersection of the Park Street corridor and Dora Street utilizing a Historic Church for an adaptive re-use brewery/restaurant. A collection of historic auto dealership buildings create a Food Hall/Market destination supporting the intersection and community.
