BSU Employees Find Their Chakras at Noon Yoga Sessions

Bemidji State University faculty and staff have a new option to participate in hour-long lunchtime yoga sessions at the Gillett Wellness Center. Angie Gora, BSU's summer program director, is leading the sessions every Thursday through March 29.

"Connectedness is my number one strength. Having the opportunity to teach something I love to my co-workers plays into this talent," Gora said.

Gora's goal is to give people an opportunity to try yoga for the first time in a friendly atmosphere.

"For all, I hope this class reinforces the importance of work-life balance," Gora said.

Cost is $7 per session or free for holders of Gillett Wellness Center fitness passes. Employees interested in attending are encouraged to contact Gora at (218) 755-2851 or agora@bemidjistate.edu.
