More about Us: You Want To Lead - We Train Leaders.

Resistance to Justice (R2J) is an initiative of the OMNIA Institute for Contextual Leadership, a progressive nonprofit global leadership training and consulting organization serving religious and civic leaders who are committed to solving society's most intractable problems, such as racism, extremism, and economic justice. We serve people living in the margins across the US as well as conflict zones around the globe, from terror-torn Nigeria and the Palestinian West Bank to border towns in Mexico.

In addition, we serve as a valuable resource center for theologians, community leaders, politicians, political activists, and educators, offering our 40+ years of content expertise in tackling some of the toughest issues of our time.

What We Do

In a phrase, we train leaders to build positive models of power to forge a better, more just society. We work with religious leaders, politicians, community organizers, and others in position of influence to explore the questions of struggle and pain that arise from the margins of society.

Why We Do It

Our method rests on more than four decades of training religious professionals, community activists, political and thought leaders. Our leaders break through the religious, racial, cultural barriers that divide communities and build collaborative relationships that lead to justice, peace and the healing of the earth.

But there is so much still to do. That's where you come in. If you are committed to building a newer, more just world, we invite you to partner with us in this important work!
