Only English written contributions will be accepted. All paper and submissions are subject to a blind reviewing process. All accepted submissions will be published in the SCHOLA 2019 Proceedings and submitted to Special Issue of Open Online Journal for Research and Education R&E-SOURCE (Austria).
Selected papers will be publish in:
- Scientific journal Acta Educationis Generalis (Slovakia);
- Scientific journal Problem of engineer-pedagogical education (Ukraine);
- International Journal of Engineering Pedagogy (iJEP).
The editorial board reserves the right not to accept contributions that do not meet the prescribed formal and content criteria.
Conference Fee (EUR)
For all accepted papers, the registration fee needs to be paid before the 22 Nov 2019. Please note that your paper will be removed from proceeding if the registration fee is not received by the deadline. Please note that the paid registration fee cannot be refunded if you cannot participate in the conference.

CONFERENCE VENUE
Kharkiv was founded in 1654. It is the administrative centre of historico-geographical region of Ukraine, which is called “Slobozhanshchyna”. Kharkiv is one of the largest cities of Ukraine with a population of about 1.5 million people.
Kharkiv is a city with rich cultural traditions. There are 6 major theatres and numerous museums in the city. Among citizens and guests is being popular a circus, a zoo, a dolphinarium, an aquapark and the best in Ukraine amusement park.

Kharkiv is considered to be the student capital of Ukraine. The first educational institutions in the city were the Imperial University, opened in 1805, and the Technological Institute founded in 1885.
At present, specialists from 69 universities of various forms of ownership and levels of accreditation are trained in Kharkiv, including 17 universities and 9 academies. Among them is Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy (UEPA), which is one of the world-famous Ukrainian educational brands.
More than 160 thousand students are enrolled in Kharkiv universities, including about 12 thousand foreign students. In terms of scientific and educational potential, Kharkiv ranks second in Ukraine.
Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy is a modern specialized educational and scientific center licensed and accredited by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. The academy is widely known outside Ukraine, it is the member of the International Organization of Engineering Pedagogics (IGIP).
The history of the Academy began in 1958, and since it has invariably high level of training of specialists who on the basis of engineering knowledge and deep psychological-pedagogical training receive engineering and pedagogical specialties. It provides the graduates of the Academy with the chance to carry out important social, professional, production and technological activity on ensuring high level of training in the system of professional education: teachers, methodologists, masters of industrial training in professional vocational institutions (vocational schools, colleges, technical training colleges, lyceums and comprehensive schools) and highly skilled engineers for the industrial enterprises.
Today the Academy comprises more than 5 thousand students who study at 5 faculties of the Academy. Departments of the Academy provide training of students on the humanities, fundamental, general engineering and special disciplines.
