What do you like to do when you're not teaching?

Ms. Adhikari likes reading, watching movies, going out with friends, spending time with family, and cooking. If she weren't a humanities teacher at WIS, she'd want to be a constitution lawyer. Photos provided by (Ms. Adhikari)
Ms. Gondek says, "I really love playing my ukulele and trying to compose music (I'm not very good at it, but I try!), baking, taking photos, and doing escape rooms. My family is obsessed with escape rooms." If she didn't work at WIS, she would have tried pursuing music as a classical singer or going to culinary school. Ms. Gilliland likes to work out, be outdoors, and spend time with family. She wants to learn to surf and have a job linked to traveling if not at WIS. Photos provided by (Ms. Gilliland)
Mr Ell loves exploring and trying new things. “When I’m in the city, I love to go out for coffee and read a good book. I also love to run in the evenings and try to go for a hike or take my paddle board out in the weekend. My girlfriend’s parents have a beach house on the Jersey Shore, thus on long weekends we head to the beach!!” He wants to learn some interesting things like sign language and Arabic along with playing the ukulele. Monsieur Delair likes reading, eating, and playing sports. He thinks learning music would be fun. In class, he enjoys using ancient music for our learning. He would be an explorer if not a teacher. Photo provided by Mr. Delair
Ms. Chintha enjoys reading, writing, working out, cooking, finding new restaurants, and dancing. She can belly dance and wants to learn about how to teach and be in relationships with introverts vs. extroverts. She also wants to learn how to play the trumpet and to do a flip turn in swimming. Do you have any special talents?

Ms. Adhikari loves to cook food that represents her Indian culture. When we asked her if there's anything she'd like to learn, she answered saying she wants to gain knowledge on how to cook different varieties and make small movies on her computer. (Photos provided by Ms. Adhikari)

Ms Strangfeld can lift more than 300lbs! Cross fit and cooking are said to be things she enjoys doing when not teaching. She wants to get better at crossword puzzles and learn to salsa dance. Ms Tong is amazing at judo! As you might know, she attended the 2000 Summer Olympics in it. Ms Tong would want to be a judo coach or travel blogger if not a science teacher.
