Carrot muffins

Heat the oven to 180 ° C. Place muffin cups on baking paper

Mix butter, sugar, maple syrup and orange juice in the pan, until the mixture becomes creamy. Stir in eggs and carrots. Add flour and baking powder and mix until the mixture becomes smooth and free of broth. Make sure it stays idle as muffins do not fall hard. They must be soothed and foamy.

Divide the mixture into molds and bake for 20 minutes until lightly raised and become golden. Take them out of the oven and then out of the mold and let it cool for 1 hour.
