LiveCode runtime from 8.1.9 on left // LiveCode IDE 8.1.3 on right.

Below is LiveCode runtime from v. 9.0 in Windows 10. The font is all Songti SC Regular (except for roman numbers, which is Times). Notice the apparently bold and regular style rendering of otherwise identically set text. What's going on here?
