Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A graceful and energising practice, linking breath with movement. This class has a dynamic element and may make you sweat. Adaptations available making the class suitable for beginners.
Restorative Yoga
The sweet, calm restoring side of the Yoga practice. Poses are soothing and well supported. Release physical tension, connect to a natural breath and leave feeling relaxed and grounded.
Butt Abbs Chill Karma aka 'BACK'
Support your Back by strengthening your body. Express 25min class to work out the Glutes (largest muscle in the body) & your core, whilst doing so in a chilled manner and allowing the effects of Karma to influence your physical future body.
