2020 Year in Review We are almost there..

Although this past year was nothing like what we all imagined, there were definitly things to celebrate along the way. So check out the best of the best from the Cooper team in 2020.

Completed Projects

Cobb Schools Data Recovery Center

The 15,270 SF ground up steel framed, brick veneer structure features warehouse space, a server room, and administrative offices.

West Forsyth High Classroom Additions

The addition featured 18 new classrooms to help relieve the existing mobile units on site. A new family and consumer science classroom, as well as a new computer lab, was added to the 26,258 SF addition.

City of Cornelia Municipal Complex

The new construction municipal center freatures the headquarters for the City of Cornelia Police Department, Municipal Court as well as the home for the City's administrative services.

Forsyth County Fire Station #11

The newest four bay fire station for Forsyth County features lodging quarters, a workout space and open kitchen/living area.

Lake Spivey Recreation Center

The newest recreation center for the residents of Clayton County features full workout areas, an indoor pool, playground, community meeting spaces, and ninja and rocking climbing area, and adminstrative offices.
