Existing Light By Christopher Tillisch

What is Existing Light?

Existing light in simple terms is any form of light that consists of natural light that is entering into a closed environment (etc. a home). Existing light is essentially any form of natural light that enters into the enclosed environment surrounding the structure. Existing light can also be visually expressed by changing the direction of where the light is coming from onto the subject. Below are some visual examples of 45 and 90 degree lighting, as well as front and back lighting.

My Personal Reflection:

For this existing light project I decided to use my brother Sean yet once again. This time it was a easier due to him not complaining about the cold weather and I didn't have to prompt him with any soda or money this time. Here is the original Lightroom album containing my initial photo's.
