Crindau Fitness App
Created by Mrs Jones and the Digital Leaders at Crindau Primary School.
The Crindau Fitness app has eleven video tutorials created by the Digital Leaders at Crindau Primary School using their iPads. The app is designed for teachers or parents to use in any safe open space.
Setting up stations
Set up stations for the children to complete each of the exercises after firstly watching the video tutorials on your iPhone or iPad. The children can then move from station to station.

Crindau Timer / Counter
Use the Crindau Timer / Counter tool to measure progress and collect data to be used back in the classroom. The pupils will be able to measure how their fitness is improving.

Within the app there is a Crindau Fitness Challenge that we will be changing regularly.
