zSpace is a growing technological tool being used in classrooms that combines the powers of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR).
AR shapes, or augments, the computer to shape around the outside world of the user in control, while VR creates virtual anatomically correct objects/images within the computer that the user can easily manipulate.
zSpace it allows us to learn about complex and detailed objects, with the comfort and safety of technology.
It allows us to see the world more for what it is, without the sacrifices that we would have had to make in decades prior.
zSpace specifically comes with a 3D pair of glasses that when worn can allow the user to move and dissect these objects/images and make them appear outside of the computer and on top of the laptop keyboard. This allows the user to not only move objects within zSpace from an XY plane perspective, but also allow the z plane to play a role in learning!
