- updated job titles in the Financial Regulations (Director of Technical Accounting; Reporting and Group Treasurer)
- changes to the Planning and Resource Allocation Committee terms of reference to require reports on fundraising activity on an annual basis, and to remove the reference to EU fee rates as part of the Home fee category
- changes to the Buildings and Estates Subcommittee terms of reference to clarify the committee’s role and reflect the business it usually considers
