The Forum

The Forum, built in 1967, is a multi-purpose indoor arena that serves as a "large-scale vaccination site" in Inglewood and began providing COVID-19 doses.

Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia, Calif, formerly known as Magic Mountain, opened in 1971 and was launched as a vaccine site.
