My name is Jonathan; I’m a graduate of East Carolina University with a Bachelors’ Degree in Fine arts in the concentration of Animation and Interactive Design. My primary goal in the industry is to work as an animator/rigger for 3D characters in video games. I have seven years of educational experience in industry-standard software and tools like Unity and Maya, to name a few. I’m hardworking and driven to excel in the gaming industry and given a chance to work in an industry that has been a hobby since I was a kid.

Retro First-Person Shooter Game
I designed a first-person shooter game reminiscent of the past FPS games like Doom and Duke Nukem. You fight your way through Aliens and Demons to survive long enough to get to the exit.

Addams Family Dialog Animation
In this animation, I animated character's mouths to audio dialog. I use audio from a scene from Addams Family to sync the character's lip movements to the audio clip.

The Fisherman & The Mermaid
This is a stop motion animation project I made with my friend Shamiek Hinkle. We used a laser cutter to produce paper puppets for positioning. Using tape to hold the puppets in place on the backdrop, we animated the characters shot by shot. Our story follows a Fisherman as he encounters a mermaid and discovers love at first sight.
