Did you know there are 3 different types of self esteem?
Inflated Self Esteem
People with this type of self esteem think there’s nothing wrong with them and are unable to accept criticism. This can negatively affect your relationships with people since you have no problem with putting others down.
High Self Esteem
This is a positive self esteem because people accept and love themselves without making others feel bad. They have their own limits and barriers but they don’t let negativity affect their happiness.
Low Self Esteem
This is a negative self esteem and by the name you can tell it’s the opposite of high self esteem. People like this don’t value their self-worth and constantly set themselves up for failure. This is due to the fact that they don’t believe in their abilities and are easily influenced.
