Confidence jANEL OPEKA YOGA

Confidence is earned. It comes through experience and stepping out of your comfort zone.

It comes from within.

Confidence is acquired by dreaming something, doubting your capabilities, going for it anyway and succeeding.

The more you do it the easier it becomes.

Positive Thoughts
Support others. Lead the way.

Confidence is also in how you handle perceived failure. Falling gracefully, acceptance, learning and getting right back up. Fall eight times. Get up nine. With newfound wisdom, gusto and levity.

Long tall spine. Shoulders down and back. Chest open. Jaw relaxed. Legs rooted firmly in the ground. Can you feel your confidence rising?

Reach as far as you can.

Fall out of the pose and step back in. Breathe into it. You're becoming more flexible and stronger. Your breath is steadier. Your mind further focused. You are more confident and at peace on the mat and in life.

Dream big and go for it.

Confidence obtained in your practice transcends the mat.

Accept no limits.
You are stronger than you think.

I love seeing a pose. Doubting I can do it. Trying it anyway. And nailing it.

Yoga builds confidence. During group practice no one is watching or judging you. They are focused on themselves. The practice provides a safe place to test and explore your edges.

Focus
Express Yourself

As you build your way into more challenging poses, your self-confidence increases.

Yoga teaches you to get quiet and go within. Connect with your inner wisdom. It will never lead you astray.

I see your potential.
Own it.

There is only one "you." Trust in your greatness and believe in yourself. The world awaits.
