SeeSaw Lunch & Learn OH STOWE ELEMENTARY

The OH Stowe admin team provided lunch for a SeeSaw Lunch & Learn presented by their digital learning specialist, Toni Hylander. The teachers made a plate then experimented with the SeeSaw class app on ipads. They were also given time to make follow up appointments with the DLS for more support.

Teachers Explore SeeSaw Class App

Fourth grade teacher, Amber Everitt, has started using SeeSaw with her class during reader's workshop.

Accountability

Students use SeeSaw to complete activities in the SeeSaw class app. The teacher can see all of their work in one place and give them feedback.

Engagement

Students enjoy completing activities digitally. They are more engaged in the independent practice of workstations.

Reading Interventionist, Trina Wayne, is using SeeSaw in her classroom with second graders.

Writing

Students in reading intervention are practicing writing a fall story.

Short Vowel Sounds

Students match words to sort by short vowel endings. Then they record themselves reading the words aloud.
