We continue to push for larger remote rehearsal possibilities. We're up to 16 (director + 15 participants). And even bigger sessions are coming!
Conversation Mode
The reason we can musically synchronize ensembles is the signal flows in one direction. The participants perform to backing music, and each signal then gets assembled for the director, who hears (and can record) everything to together in sync. The results are really exciting - but there are inherent compromises. While the director can hear and communicate with everyone in real-time, each participant could only hear the director. Until now...
Our new Conversation mode lets all participants speak with each other in between runs of the song. So there's more connection and communication in real-time.
