Terra is PASSIONATE about peeling away the layers that keep us from living loved, shrinking our integrity gaps, and experiencing the fullness of grace. She is married to her best friend and business partner, Jeff, for 18 years and is a “soccer & volleyball” mom to two girls. Jeff and Terra co-founded Living Wholehearted, LLC in 2011, a counseling and consulting organization in Tualatin, Oregon after years of full-time pastoral ministry. As Clinical Director and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Terra has met with clients in private practice for fifteen years in addition to writing, speaking, and leading retreats around the nation. Inspired by her own girls and sharpened by twenty years in ministry, leadership, and mental health, she founded Courageous Girls, LLC, a national movement and curriculum that equips moms with biblical and clinical wisdom for every stage of their daughter’s growing years in order to raise up a generation of courageous girls who are rooted in grace, resiliency, and unwavering purpose.

After publishing her first book for women, InCourage: Daughters Rooted in Grace, she is so excited to announce InCourage 2020: Let's Talk About It, a women's gathering with 40 plus guest speakers to truthfully dialogue about the issues that plague women today. In her “spare” time, you will find Terra napping, folding laundry, collecting eggs from her 15 chickens and 1 duck, or drinking a hemp caramel vanilla latte as she reads the same sentence over and over in a book she planned to read three years ago.

Dr. Engblom-Deglmann has been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for over 15 years and has a private practice specializing in emotionally focused therapy with couples. She is a professor and the program director of the Marriage, Couple and Family Therapy graduate program at George Fox University, where she teaches therapists-in-training the skills needed to work with couples. She is inspired in her coaching for Girls on the Run for 3rd-5th grade girls, presents nationally and internationally, and publishes on topics including marriage, divorce, remarriage, attachment, ambiguous loss and infertility.

Michelle is a proud introvert who loves being outside, running, hiking and exploring nature with her supportive husband, Adam, and their creative and independent six-year-old daughter.

Connie shares candidly through writing and speaking of both the struggles and victories through her journey as friend, sister, leader, wife and mother. Connie has over 15 years of ministry experience and has worked in public education, the nonprofit sector and the local church. She cares deeply about discipleship and feels called to raise up and equip leaders to step into the next place God is inviting them to serve.
