Once these pillar become strong, a student can crack any exam confidently, leaving anxiety far behind. Similar goes with the knowledge gap, a student must first understand what kind of knowledge is required and then work on covering it with a planned structure with all the possible efforts and mentorship.

#Efficiency Gap

Efficiency is the art of doing accountable things at the desired and stipulated time. Its paucity often leads to unexpected disappointments. Efficiency gap is built when one fails to bridge between knowledge and skills.

How to cover efficiency gap:

It is easier said than done, is a well known saying which often appears true to students while they receive any exam preparation related suggestion. But to bridge up this gap the saying doesn’t fit in as it is even easy to undertake it with consistent and focused practise of the knowledge that you have gained through various mock tests. Mere gathering of knowledge without adding your skills to it goes in vain.

# Personality Gap

Personality test is often a part of the admission process of various B schools. A personality test is used analyse an individual as to how he/she can use the acquired knowledge skilfully at the required time and coordinating with other members of the organization, so as to benefit self along the organization.

How to cover personality gap:

One’s uniqueness is one’s personality. Every individual holds on uniqueness in the way he/she presents himself/herself and his/her knowledge. The idle desirable personality is often difficult to achieve. Hence, to cover up the personality gap one must try to be ambivert, the required personality trait by any B School.
