Marinara spaghetti squash: the perfect winter time mealBy: Meg Enquist '23
Marinara spaghetti squash is a great meal to make with your friends and family during the cold winter months. The total preparation time is an hour and 15 minutes.
This recipe serves four people. The ingredients include two medium size spaghetti squashes, marinara sauce, olive oil, grated parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Begin by preheating the oven to 350°F. Cut each squash lengthwise, and remove the seeds using a spoon. Then, drizzle olive oil, salt, and pepper onto the squash. Place the squashes onto a baking sheet covered by tinfoil, and bake for an hour.
Once the squash is roasted, use a spoon to pull the squash out of the shell and onto a plate.
Finally, pour marinara sauce onto the spaghetti squash and top with grated parmesan cheese.
