What we know...

Only 3 of 18 new pet owners felt prepared to care for their new pet upon leaving the store from which they had purchased the animal.

Only 2 in 10 employees felt their training adequately prepared them to sell pets, and educate customers on the care of the pets being purchased.

So, how do we help?

Skitter provides ample opportunity for new and old pet owners alike to learn more about the specific needs of their pet, and an opportunity to save money in the process.

This takes much of the burden off of pet store employees while also putting power back into the hands of the buyer. This enables customers to feel empowered by their buying decisions, rather than feeling as though they are being pressured by a big name corporation into purchasing big-ticket items necessary for their pet.
