This is an opportunity for people to sit, create and talk. Discussing generational changes past and present. With a focus on positive wishes for the future.

Creating the Mural - Two elements to the making
While hands are busy, the opportunity to talk casually to strangers will be encouraged. These interactions will be briefly documented on multi coloured post-its. These will be pinned up for others to read on a board.

Pot making
The community will make two small clay thumb-pots. Each will be coloured using slips (liquid coloured clay, all colours of the rainbow). The first will be filled with positive wishes and the other with what we do not wish for the next generation. Positive thumb-pot will be fired and incorporated into a mural.
While the negative will be ceremonially destroyed on a pile.
