The first thing you'll notice is the new statements appear in a basic tile format - don't fret. You still read your statement the same as you read any old document, top to bottom, left to right.

Look familiar? Here's a brief overview of the new statements on the new data processing system. Note that each suffix, or sub-account, and a detailed summary of each will appear in tiles near the top of your statement.

This information will include the balance as of the month's end date, number of deposits, withdrawals, and other applicable details.

Loan details includes the balance paid, number of payments, interest paid, fees accrued, your loan's interest rate, monthly payment amount, and payment due date.

Beneath the tiled descriptions, you'll see each suffix in bold and the monthly activity in chronological order beneath it.
