Disciplinary Investigations by the Proctors
Regulation changes to remove any reference to a hearing needing to be face-to-face, in order to expand the Proctors’ ability to manage low-level student misconduct online or via email. Also permits multiple cases to be processed simultaneously and with students studying remotely, while ensuring students continue to receive due process.
