Jordan Ryan Bailey is a Howard University Alumnus from Philadelphia, PA. While attending Howard, Jordan worked as the Marketing and Media Assistant (followed by being the Manager) for Howard University Homecoming in 2013 and 2014, working with Missy Elliott, Yandy Smith, Sharaya J and Snootie Wild. He would go on to help lead the guerrilla marketing campaign for the 2015 Trillectro Festival that featured Chance the Rapper, Kehlani and D.R.A.M.
In 2016, Jordan became as an Assistant Manager for Grammy Award winning artist Guordan Banks, Bernard Parker and Brent Celek within the indie label Bank On It Entertainment. Later that year, he served as an Assistant Tour and Road Manager for Guordan on "The Definition Of" Tour headlined by Fantasia. Jordan would soon become an Executive Coordinator within the label, managing the labels' day to day business, executing PR and creative direction surrounding songs such as "Two Wrongs" featuring Guordan and Pusha T, the #1 Billboard hit "Keep You In Mind", "Hug" featuring Omari Hardwick, Spotify Singles campaign, which earned a placement on Michelle Obama’s Forever Mine playlist on Spotify. Jordan later earned co-writing credits on Banks single “Wanna Be Yours” which was produced by Grammy Award winning My Guy Mars of 1500 or Nothin’ and distributed by Capitol/Caroline Records. Jordan has worked with emerging stars such as Mulatto, Jacob Latimore, and Londynn B, as well as working with brands that include Youtube, Adidas, Samsung and Under Armour.
Inspired from a conversation during a studio session with Rodney "Darkchild" Jenkins, Jordan uses his company to give artists and brands a platform to be golden. He defines being golden as a mentality that allows one to discover their light, shine brilliantly, then teach others how to do the same.
