MY STORY
Tyson was born in South Africa and moved to New Zealand at age 14.
Life for Tyson was not like most kids. Up until the age of 5 he was homeless and lived on the streets of Johannesberg, South Africa, "I remember as a kid digging in the bins and walking around looking for water, telling myself and hoping tomorrow will be a better day". Tyson then spent the rest of his childhood moving between different foster care homes.
He was eventually adopted by a family who moved to New Zealand and then fortunately brought him over to live with them.
Tyson is now 21-year old based in Wellington, New Zealand. Producing and writing songs, he is currently working on his E.P. and also has released his first single, "Mad Man" on Spotify, itunes, google play, Youtube, and any other streaming platforms.
His music is aimed at giving people hope. Tyson says "I want to give people the message that tomorrow will be a better day and if you put your mind and soul to it, you will get somewhere. My music is about hope and you can do anything you put your mind to, I grow up in the dumpster and had nothing, like literally nothing and here I am, aiming for my dreams".
