Food for a cause Clover Food Lab opens new prudential location with a Massachusetts Rivers Alliance partnership event

The Clover Food Lab event was featured throughout the Prudential Centers kiosks.
The line was out the door for the 'Pay What You Want' event around 1:30 pm on Saturday, Nov. 6.
Sabrina Yu, a student at Northeastern, visited Clover Food Lab for the first time on Saturday.
Sebastian Palacio (left) and Meredith Fisher (right) are regulars at Clover Food Lab. They heard about the event through Clover's newsletter. Fisher recommended the impossible meatball when it is in season.
A Clover Food Lab employee mixes drinks with a beaker during the lunch rush. Clover offers a seasonally rotating menu, including housemade beverages such as cranberry soda, cranberry lemonade and ginger soda.
All proceeds from the opening were donated to the Massachusetts Rivers Alliance, an organization dedicated to strengthening statewide river policies. Sarah Bower, Technical Specialist for Massachusetts Rivers Alliance, tabled at the event.
