Meet your TFS Board Member: Andrea Lee "Penny" Hooper. Penny has served on the TFS Board for 17 years. Her past board experience includes serving as president of the board at the Rochelle Center for 3 years. She is married with 2 children. Her son Scott resides in a TFS home in Nashville. She is actively involved in his life. Penny is a graduate of Tennessee Tech and an active member of McKendree United Methodist Church. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, reading and sewing.
