Resources for Families Health, Resilience and Humanity within the COVID-19 landscape

Weekly Drop-In Meditation Sessions on Zoom

Designed for Responders, Military, Veterans and their Spouse/Partners - join Lt. Richard Goerling (ret.), Dr. Sarah Bowen and Dr. Mike Christopher for a Tuesday afternoon (430 pm Eastern) Zoom meetup. Brought to you through a partnership between Pacific University's Stress Resilience Lab and Mindful Badge Initiative.

We've added a Wednesday (6pm Eastern) session at the request of a hard working group of first responders in Seattle!

We'll offer a micro-training on resilience, facilitate a 20 minute mindfulness meditation practice, and field a question or two. Register for either through the link below. You'll then receive instructions on how to access either/both sessions.

Sometimes we simply need to know that we can take actions to step into rest, recovery and growth. This doesn't mean we are broken or defeated. We will be predictably affected by the pandemic stressors and the challenges this brings us at work, at home and in community.

Mindfulness for Parents & Kids!

At Mindful Badge Initiative, we believe in your innate grit, humanity and capacity to show up in the world amidst adversity...and claim your resilience. Life won't give us a free pass. Recovery and growth isn't easy, it is achievable.
