Kadie & Greg ...A Photo Essay by Aves Photography.

"I have found the one whom my soul loves." - Song of Solomon 3:4
Bridal Gown: Pronovias, The Bridal Boutique in Lewisville

Kadie and Greg's Wedding Day began at the Sheraton Hotel in McKinney, where all of their friends and family gathered to help them get ready for one of the most anticipated days of Kadie and Greg's lives.

Color Palette: Gold + Navy + Blush+ Ivy Green
Meg Morrow Fine Paper
Ummm.... YES, bows!
A gift worth more than words.

...And a letter from Greg to Kadie.

Hair and Makeup by the WONDERFUL Kelsey Rae Capo. It was absolutely elegant.
This precious Flower Girl became my BFF for the day...And also the most perfect subject!
Kadie is just as beautiful inside as she is outside. Even though he already knows how beautiful she is, Greg is about to get to look at her again today with the most love and admiration you could ever imagine him to have for her. Even as if it were just the first time.
A bit of sparkle...
Details, details: Kadie had her "getting ready outfit" monogrammed with her new initials + the date + "I Do", in a gold, shimmery thread against the crisp white cotton button-down.
As the girls were photographed downstairs, Kadie took a few moments to compose herself and to prepare for the day she had been waiting for.
Kadie feels surprisingly calm today. More excited than she's ever been in her life, but also, just calm and content. She is trusting God today and every day from here on out.
Bridal tip #4285: Clear the room out for your "Getting Ready Photos" so that your images look crisp and clean. So pretty, right?
Praying with her loved ones before putting on her bridal gown made this moment so incredibly special. There wasn't a dry eye in the room....including mine.
More beautiful details, rings, n' things...
Pronovias + Kate Spade = Silk, Satin, Sparkles, and Buttons.
The buttons along the back sash are one of my favorite things about this gown. Ahhh-SO beautiful!
The veil added the final finishing touch. Kadie was now ready to head downstairs to get to see her Dad for the first time in her wedding gown.
Kadie's Dad sees her for the first time as a bride. And the tears keep coming.
A celebratory toast before "Going to the Chapel" (!!!!!!)......
Greg is very happy about his gift from his bride.
This is a classic. Two debonair dudes getting ready.
Taking a few deep breaths as the ladies drive away...
But first...A stop at the McKinney Flour Mill to check out the gorgeous Florals and the Reception.
A beautiful, sweet group of very Christlike, poised ladies who made Kadie's Wedding Day just that much more special.
One of my VERY favorites. Everyone looks so happy and excited for Kadie and Greg.
Candles and twinkly light everywhere = BOKEH LIGHT. MY FAVORITE.
Greg's family.
Framed gold calligraphy signs adorned the Ceremony and the Reception.

Greg and his Groomsmen also got to stop by the Flour Mill to check things out.

Greg's face when he sees the Groom's Cake = Priceless. The cake was made in the likeness of their four-legged child {I mean, dog}, Kliff.
Wooden Wine Boxes were scattered throughout the Reception to hold all of the evening's necessities.
The Bride's Cake. Spectacular.
Cake Topper: Better Off Wed.
Scrumdidlyumptious.
Prettiness was everywhere you looked.
Bella Donna Chapel's Iron Gates Adorned with Floral Wreaths and Ribbons
Wishin' and hopin'...
"Uncle Greg-Wait until you see Aunt Kadie"...

Groom's First Look at the Bride...

You may now kiss the bride...
Just Married!!
To Have and to Hold.
...And a Reception to Follow at the Historic McKinney Flour Mill...
The First Dance.
Band: Memphis Soul
Memphis Soul really knows how to throw a party!
Greg and his Mom.
Pretty lights and people all around.
A hilarious set of toasts.
It was absolutely the best night of their lives...so far.
And then they danced the night away...Completely pinching themselves and still even wondering up until the end of their very last dance together...
"Was it real? Did this really just happen to us?"
...From this day forward...
...And with this ring, I thee wed.

We hope that you enjoyed our very first Adobe Spark Wedding Essay, which we had a blast creating! Of course, Kadie and Greg's amazing/beautiful/fabulous wedding day and all of the kind, generous, and special individuals involved made it so much easier to create! :) We enjoyed this beautiful day so, SO much!

To Kadie, Greg, Marianne, Jimmy, and all other family and friends (especially the excellent Flower Girl Phynlee, wedding party VIP!!) we had the pleasure of working with that day: Thank you for having us as your wedding photographers. We loved every minute of getting to work with you, and we hope that you'll cherish these images for the rest of your lives and that they remind you of one of the happiest days you have gotten to live so far; a day when God reminded us all who He is and how much He loves us!
XOXO, Lauren & Will
