Since Covid hit our Service Projects have been more limited. However, as things start to open up we are looking forward to getting back engaged with hands on projects. Below are a few ideas that you may be able to assist with.

1. We will be seeking help for our Luninary Project later this year
2. We pack Boxes of Love for Thanksgiving for distribution in Paterson
3. Doing something as simple as promoting our Social Media posts when you see them is a huge help

Share Your Talent

You may have skills that you can make available to us. You may not be a heart surgeon, but guess what, we do in fact have three heart surgeons that donate their time doing operations for our Gift of Life program. Below are a few possibilities to consider

1. We are looking for people to help us with Marketing the work that we do so that we can accomplish more. Rotary is one of the best kept secrets in Wyckoff and Midland Park and we do not want it to be that way. Consider helping us
2. We have a need for graphic artists and content writers. Is that something you could spare some time to assist with?

Rotary Supported Local Causes.

Many of us in this area are lucky enough to have our basic needs taken care of. We are now in a position to consider helping others. Our club can curate local causes that very effectively use their funds to impact local communities. We can help you become aware of the great work that they do so that you can support them.

Restaurant Program

Since 2020 we have been supporting local restaurants to help them through a challenging year. This initiative continues on a weekly basis. A portion of your bill is donated back to Rotary to fund our #FoodInsecurity initiatives. It costs you nothing extra, just get Take Out or dine at a local restaurant on the designated days. It is a win-win-win for Restaurants, the person that cooks your dinner and the causes that benefit from your generosity.

Retail Program

As a result of the success of the Restaurant program above, in 2021 we extended this to include local businesses. Again, when you shop locally on designated days a portion of your purchase is returned to Rotary to be used effectively. A full list of upcoming days is included in the calendar on the following page.

Get to Know us Better

We would love to have you join us as a visitor at one of our weekly meetings on Thursday at 7:30am. Currently it is very convenient as they are held on Zoom. They are limited to 60 minutes so we can all get to our other responsibilities
