- Our 6th-9th Grade students completed the Fall I-Ready Diagnostic assessment.
- This will be one data point of several that we use to screen students for RTI services.
- Teachers will use high quality instructional materials that have been selected specifically for RTI Math and ELA interventions.
The following criteria should be evaluated to place students on the cycle review agenda for ELA.
- Using the 3-level Placement Standard View, teachers should consider all students who fall in the red (2 or more grade levels below). Once this list of students is generated, teachers should refer to the ELA RTI Cycle Review Document for further guidance.
The following criteria should be evaluated to place students on the cycle review agenda for mathematics.
- Using the 3-level Placement Standard View, students who fall in the red (2 or more grade levels below) in the NO and the ALG domains and/or placed in the 25th percentile or below should be discussed during the cycle review process.
- Once students have been discussed and placed into intervention, please use the quantile score and/or the Standards from the Can Do list for NO and/or ALG to determine placement within the intervention materials.
Groups should be up and running and providing Tier II and III instruction by the end of the month.
