Myrtle Beach State Park Campground
Night Time Shark Fishing
After waking up Thursday morning we drove up the coast to the Outer Banks of North Carolina and stopped at Oregon Inlet Campground. We would spend a couple of days here before moving on to our final camping spot of the trip.
Oregon Inlet Campground
Cape Hatteras National Seashore
We were lucky to have one great sunrise while staying here, it was very stormy the whole week and I didn't think it would be this nice out.
I took a quick hike out to the Pea Island Life Saving Station, we drove past here a couple of times and new it would be incredible in the morning.
Crabbing for Dinner on Bodie Island, we stopped here on our last trip and hoped it would be as good as the last time. We managed to catch a bucket full of keepers that Jenn would cook for us for dinner.
We drove about ten minutes south of the campground and went over the Dune to this spot on the beach, this spot was incredible and only could see a couple of guys fishing so we had the whole place to ourselves.
Assateague State Park Campground
After waking up on Friday morning we drove a few more hours north to Maryland where we were able to grab one single night at the Assateague State Park Campground. We already booked an entire week here for next year, this is by far our most favorite campground.
